Moldovan tax body collected 11 billion lei to national public budget in first three months

Chisinau, 1 April /MOLDPRES/- National public budget revenues administered by the State Tax Service (SFS) amounted to 11 billion lei in three months of this year, which shows an increase of over 1.1 billion lei or 11.4% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The tax office also announced the results on the four components of the national public budget. Thus, the state budget collected 5.0 billion lei in three months of 2021, which is up by 685.1 million lei compared to the same period of 2020, or an increase of 15, 8%.
"The local budgets recorded revenues in the amount of one billion lei, which represents 127.5 million lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year or 14.5%. Respectively, at the State Social Insurance Budget, in the reference period, 3.7 billion lei were collected, which is 227.5 million lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year, or an increase of 6.6 %, indicates SFS.
Compulsory health insurance funds collected 1.3 billion lei, which is 85.0 million lei more compared to the similar period of 2020 or 7.3%.
According to the Law on state budget for 2021, 41415400,0 thousand lei was approved for revenues and 55399600.0 thousand lei for expenditures, with a deficit worth 13984200.0 thousand lei.
