Special regime of movement established in Chisinau, Balti

Chisinau, 1 April /MOLDPRES/ - Special regime of movement will be introduced in the Chisinau and Balti municipalities as of 3 April, valid for the emergency state period, under the Instruction No1 of the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE) from 1 April.
„Starting from 3 April, special regime of movement will be established in the Chisinau and Balti cities. It provides for the prohibition to move outside the households and dwellings in the time interval 23:00-5:00,’’ acting PM Aureliu Ciocoi, who is the chairman of the Commission, Aureliu Ciocoi, said at the end of the CSE commission.
According to the official, exceptions represent the movements in professional interest, for medical assistance, which cannot be postponed and provided online, getting out for buying medicines, cases of people in transit.
The categories which are exception will have to present to the law-enforcement bodies the confirmatory acts, such as: Work ID, affidavit in free form, travel tickets, tickets for transport means used in case of transit, travel documents, etc.
Also, according to CSE, the movement of people in parks, fields, public places, etc. is banned all over Moldova. In the case of the justified exit, the citizens must have an identity act on him/her.
The state of emergency was decreed in Moldova on the period 1 April – 30 May, at a proposal by the acting government.
