Up to 30 per cent of staff to be attracted to working place in Moldova on emergency state period

Chisinau, 1 April /MOLDPRES/ - The state enterprises and the public institutions or the ones of other form of legal organization will manage the activity by physically involving up to 30 per cent to work during the emergency state (1 April – 30 May). This is provided for in the today’s Instruction of the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE).    

„If the specific of the economic unit does not allow the ensuring of the distance work, then the activity will be organized in groups, with special schedule, so that the process does not pose public danger, and the sanitary and epidemiological regime, earlier adopted by the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CNESP), is ensured,’’ acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi, which is also CSE chairman, said.    

Also, the acting PM referred to the special working regime of the subdivisions of the Public Services Agency, which will be ensured taking into account the essential need. In the context, the official said that all solemnities, traditional at the registration of marriages or child’s birth, are banned.   

In another context, Aureliu Ciocoi informed about a moratorium set on the planned state controls, including on the entrepreneurial activity. ‘’The controls of the National Food Safety Agency and the National Energy Regulatory Agency are excluded from this provision. And this given that the security of food and technical controls, verified by these institutions, are particularly important sectors and cannot be postponed even on the period of the emergency state,’’ the acting PM said.      

The CSE instructions are compulsory and executory for the heads of the central and local public administration authorities, as well as for the citizens and other people who are on Moldova’s territory. All instructions issued by the Commission for Emergency Situations enter into force at the moment of their issuance.
