Anti-COVID vaccines to be imported duty free

Chisinau, 9 April /MOLDPRES/- Promulgation decree and law amending some laws, which will allow the import of anti-COVID vaccines duty free are published in today's issue of the Official Journal and entered into force.

Thus, for the entire period of emergency in public health, fiscal and customs facilities are set for the import and delivery on the territory of the country of anti-COVID-19 vaccines procured from state financial resources by exempting them from VAT, customs duty and duty for carrying out customs procedures.

The law enters into force upon publication in the Official Journal and the government within 15 days shall adopt the normative acts necessary for the execution of the law.
