As many as 5,706 dwellings purchased through First Home programme in Moldova

Chisinau, 13 April /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 5,706 dwellings have been bought through the First Home governmental programme so far. The overall sum of the loans provided by banks is of 2.89 billion lei and the total value of active guarantees is of 1.44 billion lei.
According to data by the Finance Ministry, 1,031 people out of all beneficiaries enjoy compensations from the state budget within the First Home 2 programme, 2,482 – within the First Home 3 programme, 834 – within the First Home 4 programme and 16 – within the First Home 5 programme.
A number of 3,916 out of all beneficiaries are families and 1,790 are young unmarried people. The average age of the applicants is 31 years. The average value of the dwellings bought is 608.02 thousand lei thousand lei. As many as 5,213 dwellings purchased are flats and 493 – private houses.
Any Moldova’s citizen with ages between 18 and 50 years, who is officially employed at a state institution or private company from Moldova, and has incomes from official sources, can be beneficiary of the First Home governmental programme.
