Moldovan parliament speaker summons working meeting with acting cabinet members

Chisinau, 19 April /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii today summoned a working meeting with the participation of the members of the government, led by acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi, the government’s communication and public relations department has reported.    

The participants in the event considered the pandemic situation, effects of the emergency state’s actions, the process of residents’ vaccination and supply of the public health system’s with new consignments of anti-coronavirus vaccine doses.    

The government officials presented the statistics as to the pandemic state, which shows a diminution of the number of infection cases. This fact proves the efficiency of the measures provided for in the parliament’s decision on the establishment of the emergency state and the positive impact of the vaccination. They stressed the importance of boosting the immunization process.    

As for the partial resumption of the education process, Zinaida Greceanii stressed the need to take all efforts for the full vaccination of the teachers from all over Moldova.     

According to the speaker, the security of the life and health represents the principal priority and if a new wave of the pandemic occurs, efforts and maximal vigilance are necessary in continuation.
