Moldovan fine artist participates in international art camp in Romania

Chisinau, 22 April /MOLDPRES/ - Fine artist Inga Edu has participated in the International Art Camp titled, Reflections of heritage monuments in the contemporary fine art, recently held in the Sighisoara city, Romania.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, Inga Edu said that the event had taken place on 5-14 April and was organized by the Association of Historical and Art Settlements and Zones from Romania (ALZIAR), led by Carmen Stefanescu, Sighisoara city hall, Mures Culture Department and other institutions.
According to Edu, 14 fine artists from Bucharest, Piatra-Neamt, Romania, and she from Chisinau participated in the camp. Inga Edu made ten works, presented at a collective exhibition, staged at the Old Ladies’ Gallery from the Sighisoara Fortress.
Inga Edu was born in Chisinau on 19 July 1978. In 1996, she graduated from the Igor Vieru Fine Arts Lyceum and in 2001 – the Fine Arts and Design Faculty of the Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University from Chisinau and in 2017 she finished the master studies at the same University. Since 2014, Edu has been member of the Fine Artists Union of Romania, Ploiesti branch, and as of 2013 - member of the Moldovan Fine Artists Union. She had exhibitions in Moldova, Romania and other countries. Inga Edu has paintings in private collections from Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Austria, Italy, Canada, USA, Russia, Hungary, Norway, Germany, United Aram Emirates, Ireland and other countries.
