Quota of value added tax for HorReCa to be diminished in Moldova

Chisinau, 23 April /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs today voted, in two readings, a draft law to support the enterprises from the HoReCa sector on the period of the emergency state and emergency state in the public health sector.
The document provides for the reduction to 6 per cent of the value added tax (VAT) quota for the food products and/or beverages, except for the alcoholic production, cooked or uncooked, for human consumption, accompanied by related services, which are to allow their immediate consumption, carried out within the activities ascribed to the section I of the classifier of activities from Moldova’s economy on the period of the emergency state and emergency state in the public health sector.
The draft law on the special taxation of the services carried out within the activities ascribed to the section I of the classifier of activities from Moldova’s economy was voted by 53 lawmakers.
