Vulcanization number to decrease in Chisinau

Chisinau, 24 May /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau public authorities want to reduce the number of existing vulcanizations in the city.

Chisinau deputy mayor Inga Ionesii announced today at municipal services meeting that the number of vulcanizations in the Ciocana and Botanica sectors is high, of over 40 units per sector, and that many of them have expired location schemes. "Vulcanizations that have expired location plans or are located improperly will be evacuated," Ionesii said.

According to the official, in the regulation on street trade, the part related to vulcanization, changes will be made. "The strategy on street trade will be finalized by August. We will made changes in the part related to the activity of vulcanizations. Many of them are in a disastrous state and are located improperly, impeding traffic ", Ionesii said.

About one hundred vulcanizations are operating in Chisinau. Most are located in the Botanica and Ciocana sectors.
