CNA officers raided Chisinau municipal department for food safety

Chisinau, 25 May /MOLDPRES/- Officers of the National Anticorruption Center / CNA / and prosecutors raided this morning the Municipal Department for Food Safety in Chisinau. Several people are in the spotlight, including veterinarians.

According to CNA press service, the anti-corruption officers went today with new criminal prosecution actions in the files aimed at issuing the sanitary-veterinary certificates for a fee.

"This time we are conducting searches at the Municipal Department for Food Safety. Several people are in the spotlight, including veterinarians. Detentions follow. We are deployed at at least 10 addresses, where we carry out searches ", it is also said in the communiqué issued by CNA.
