Summer to start with heavy rainfall warning in Moldova

Chisinau, 31 May /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has informed about a Yellow Code of heavy rainfall for 1 June.
According to meteorologists, heavy rains (15-45 litres/square metre) are forecast for the southern and central Moldova, as well as gusting of the north-eastern wind up to 15-18 metres/second.
The weather will cool and the air temperature will oscillate between +16 and +18 Celsius degrees during the day and will drop to +10 degrees at night.
