Chisinau, 3 June /MOLDPRES/- The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Organization for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM) inaugurated today the virtual exhibition SMExpo 2021, which takes place on the platform www.virtual-fairs.md.
The event aims to expose Small and Medium Enterprises from all sectors of the economy of the Republic of Moldova to a foreign audience, in order to facilitate global business activity, increase the number of contacts and contracts, find new customers or suppliers and turn to good account the country's image as reliable economic partner.
According to CCI head Sergiu Harea, the exhibition and the virtual-fairs.md platform are the best ways to promote companies in our country, their products and services in a dynamic and interactive way. "The participants of the exhibition have the opportunity to research the opinion of consumers, to highlight their level of competitiveness, to meet new partners and investors, saving time, resources and means," said Sergiu Harea.
ODIMM director-general Iulia Costin said that fairs and exhibitions are an integral part of marketing tools, and the participation of small and medium enterprises is important to analyze competition and find new development opportunities.
In the exhibition hall, each of the 40 companies is represented at a personalized virtual stand. Visitors can find out more information about the companies, their products and services, as well as they can interact directly with the representatives of each stand through messages or scheduling B2B meetings.
