National Agency for Public Health to provide assistance to COVID vaccination centers

Chisinau, 4 June /MOLDPRES/-COVID vaccination centers from Moldova will benefit from support and methodological consultative assistance of the National Agency for Public Health.

The Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection announced that by an order of acting head of ANSP Vasile Guștiuc, three supervision teams have been set up within the National Agency for Public Health that will provide support to COVID vaccination centers.

The members of the teams will provide consultative-methodical assistance for the implementation of the national vaccination plan to the territorial subdivisions of ANSP and medical-sanitary institutions providing medical assistance services.

At the same time, the teams will monitor the vaccination process against COVID-19 at the national level.

So far, the vaccination centers from seven districts of the Republic of Moldova have benefited from consultancy of the supervision teams.

In Moldova, the vaccination campaign against COVID-19 started on 2 March. So far, 451,000 people have got vaccinated.
