Moldovan diplomacy head meets Kyrgyz foreign affairs minister

Chisinau, 18 June /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Aureliu Ciocoi had a meeting with Foreign Affairs Minister of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum today.        

The Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported that the two officials reviewed the present stage of the bilateral relations and prospects for their further development; they put emphasis on the turning to good account of the present potential of developing the commercial and economic cooperation.  

The sides also discussed the interaction between the two countries’ foreign affairs ministries, as well as the cooperation within international organizations. The officials agreed on the organization of inter-ministerial consultations between state secretaries of the foreign affairs ministries.  

In the context of the discussions on the boosting of the high-level contacts, the sides tackled the organization of mutual visits at the high level and between the two countries’ diplomacy heads.
