Chisinau, 8 July /MOLDPRES/- About 27 percent of respondents to the study Behavioral Visions on COVID-19 in Moldova, conducted with the support of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection say they prefer to get vaccinated against COVID with Russian serum Sputnik V.
The research shows that a quarter of the citizens of our country opt for Pfizer serum, 18% - AstraZeneca, and another 18% would accept any vaccine offered by the National Agency for Public Health.
Every fourth adult (28%) continues to believe that the new COVID-19 coronavirus is not real or not certain that it exists.
Study V reconfirms the high level of awareness and compliance (94%) on obligation to comply with the conditions of the self-isolation regime at home (14 days) imposed by the authorities in case of positive testing for COVID-19 or contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus.
According to previous studies, practically 9 out of 10 respondents say that it is easy for them to find, understand and follow the information and recommendations on COVID-19. However, for every third respondent, it is difficult to assess whether the information about the new coronavirus in the media is reliable.
Sputnik V remains the favorite of Moldovans, although the serum has not yet been recognized and approved internationally, and the number of COVID-19 cases registered in Russia is growing rapidly.
