Official Journal published several regulations on ANSA's activity

Chisinau, 9 July /MOLDPRES/- The government's decision on some information systems and state registers of the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) was published in the Official Journal today.
The systems include the Technical Concept of the Automated Information System "Phytosanitary State Register"; Regulation on keeping the Phytosanitary State Register; technical concept of the Automated Information System "Laboratory Management Information System"; Regulation on keeping the State Register of Laboratory Tests; technical concept of the Automated Information System "Management of sanitary-veterinary measures"; Regulation on keeping the State Register of sanitary-veterinary measures.
The decision sees that the Regulations do not set additional requirements for the organization and development of the entrepreneurial activity in the food, sanitary-veterinary or phytosanitary field and apply insofar as they do not contradict the normative acts that regulate the activity in these fields.
„The elaboration, development, maintenance and ensuring the functioning of the automated information systems and of the nominated registers are carried out from the means allocated to the National Agency for Food Safety from the state budget, as well as from non-prohibited sources by legislation. The monitoring and control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the National Agency for Food Safety ", the document reads.
The decision entered into force today with publication in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.
