Moldovan cabinet makes new staff reshufflings

Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ - The acting cabinet of ministers today ruled to dismiss from office the government’s secretary general, Liliana Iaconi, based on the application submitted. The official will end her work as head of the State Chancellery on 22 July.

Also today, the government approved an application on resignation by the director general of the Investments Agency, Rodica Verbeniuc. The Agency’s deputy director, Ion Iordachi, will act as director of the institution till the appointment of a new director.

Also at a today’s meeting, the cabinet ruled that Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambasador of Moldova to the United Arab Emirates Victor Haruta holds, by plurality of offices, the position of the country’s ambassador to Bahrain, with headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
