Chisinau city hall sets anti-heat tents in agglomerated areas

Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ - Anti-heat tents have been set in the agglomerated places of the Moldovan capital, where by-passers may drink water and ask for help, if needed.
The city hall today set anti-heat tents in agglomerated places and started sprinkling the main streets, alleys and squares from parks.
Unveiled information shows that, in the public transport from Chisinau, citizens can ask conductors or drivers for drinking water during the travel or at the terminal station. All public transport units are endowed properly and have connected the air conditioning system.
At the same time, the city hall informed that, during the summer, all drinking fountains capital had been opened in the Moldovan capital. The water sources were placed in the Mills’ Valley Park, Square of the Stefan cel Mare Public Garden, Square of the Birth of God Cathedral, and starting from this year, in the Alunelul Park as well. A buvette works 24 hours nearby the Valley of Roses Park, in the Botanica district of Chisinau.
The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) informed that, starting from 14 July at 14:30, a Yellow Code of heat had entered into force, due to last till 19 July. According to meteorologists, the air temperature will exceed +35 Celsius degrees in most regions.
