Romania maintains Moldova in green zone of epidemiological risk

Chisinau, 16 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Bucharest authorities have published the new list of countries with epidemiological risk; Moldova is in the green zone of epidemiological risk.
The colour codes are established depending on the incidence of the COVID-19 cases in a certain country. The new list compiled by the medical authorities of Romania contains changes as to the destination of vacation of the Romanian citizens. Thus, given the increase in the coronavirus incidence, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Andorra, Georgia and Malaysia entered the red zone.
Greece switched from the green zone to the yellow one.
Under the Romanian legislation, people coming from the yellow and red zones must stay in quarantine upon the entrance into Romania. The people who went through the COVID-19 infection, the vaccinated ones and the ones with negative test are exempted from quarantine.
Also, the exemption from quarantine is valid also for the children under the age of 3 years, without conditions, and for ones with ages from 3 to 16 years, if they have a negative test for COVID-19.
Besides, the people who stay less than three days in Romania are exempted from quarantine as well.
