Coat of arms, flag of village from northern Floresti district confirmed under Moldovan president's degree

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Zaluceni village of the northern Floresti district will have coat of arms and flag. The degree on the registration of the village’s symbols, signed by the Moldovan president, was published in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) today.

The coat of arms of the Zaluceni village represents a silver field, with a fishing black net.

The settlement’s flag represents a square picture, with a diminished purple border, bearing a green recruited cross.

Zaluceni is a village and a commune from the Floresti district, with an area of 1.15 square km and a perimeter of 6.36 km. It is the only village from the commune with the same name placed at a distance of 36 km far from the Floresti town and 145 km far from Chisinau. The first documentary mention of Zaluceni dates back from 1624.
