Moldovan tax body awarded most honest taxpayers

Chisinau, 3 August /MOLDPRES/- The State Tax Service handed out certificates of credibility and diplomas of gratitude to a number of 150 taxpayers, for the manifestation of transparency and fairness in activity.

“We express gratitude and we are grateful to all taxpayers and economic agents for their involvement and considerable contribution in supporting the national economy by honoring in time the obligations to the budget, promoting fiscal citizenship and the spirit of voluntary compliance with tax legislation. We highly appreciate the contribution of all to the formation of the revenues of the National Public Budget by honoring in time the obligations towards the budget, maintaining and creating jobs, supporting the development of the Republic of Moldova ", SFS said.

In 2021, the State Tax Service will continue to promote those projects that are meant to modernize the tax administration system according to international best practices, will place special emphasis on the development of information technologies in the field of public finance, expansion and improvement of electronic services citizens and entrepreneurs.

Certificates are issued annually in accordance with the Regulation on the moral (non-financial) stimulation of honest taxpayers.
