Term for applying for Germany's International Parliamentary Scholarship Programme extended

Chisinau, 19 August /MOLDPRES/ - Young people willing to benefit from Germany’s International Parliamentary Scholarship Programme, the 2022 edition, can submit the files till 31 August 2021. Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu and Ambassador of Germany to Moldova Angela Ganninger agreed on the decision to extend the term of application at a meeting this week.
The programme gives graduates of higher education institutions possibility to work in the office of a German MP during five months and learn decision-making processes, as well as gain practical experience in the legislative work sector. Also, within this programme, beneficiaries of scholarships can attend lectures at universities from Berlin free of charge.
According to the conditions for application to the 2022 International Parliamentary Scholarship of the German Bundestag, the candidates should be born after 1 March 1991 and must know the German language very good.
The programme lasts from 1 March till 31 July 2022. The participants will receive a monthly scholarship worth 500 euros.
The full file must be shipped by email to [email protected] in a file, the name of which should be made up of the name and given name of the participant.
