Moldovan MP's mandate declared vacant

Chisinau, 24 August /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today adopted a decision on the resignation tendered by an MP of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), Zinaida Popa.

The mandate of lawmaker belonging to PAS is declared vacant.

At a parliament meeting on 20 August, Zinaida Popa said that she gave up the MP position, in order to continue working as deputy head of the faction of the Action and Solidarity Party in the Chisinau Municipal Council.
