New PM's principal secretary appointed in Moldova

Chisinau, 26 August /MOLDPRES/ - Stela Jemna has been appointed as principal secretary of Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita, the government’s communication and protocol department reported.

The appointment took place, after the former head, Adrian Balutel, had ruled to preserve his MP mandate. Stela Jemna was programme manager with experience in coordinating projects with foreign financing and programmes on development of public policies or social projects.

He has a degree of master in the Public Administration Management at the Georgia State University from Atlanta, USA, and has degree education in economics, got at the Finance Faculty of the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova.

Stela Jemna is graduate of the programmes Fulbright, Edmund S. Muskie, Programme Edward R. Murrow for journalists and of the ASPEN Romania Institute.
