Moldovan officials laid flowers at Stefan cel Mare monument

Chisinau, 27 August /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu accompanied by Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda, Speaker Igor Grosu, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita, gvernment members, MPs, representatives of diplomatic missions etc. laid flowers at Stefan cel Mare monument today.
On the stage in the Great National Assembly Square, the Independence Day will be inaugurated in the presence of the leadership of the Republic of Moldova and foreign officials visiting our country.
The agenda of events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Moldova was postponed by about an hour.
