Moldovan tax body collected 30 billion lei in first 8 months of 2021

Chisinau, 1 September /MOLDPRES/- National Public Budget revenues administered by the State Tax Service amounted to 30 billion lei / over 1 billion 430 million euros / in 8 months of this year, which indicates an increase of over 4.5 billion lei or 17.9% compared to the same period last year.

According to SFS, the state budget received 12.5 billion lei, which is two billion lei more compared to the same period of 2020, or an increase of 18.7%.

The Local Budgets recorded revenues in the amount of 3.3 billion lei, which represents 653 million lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year or by 24.5%.

Also, in the State Social Insurance Budget, during the mentioned period, 10.5 billion lei were collected, which is 1.4 billion lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year, or an increase of 15.7%.

At the same time, 3.5 billion lei were accumulated at the Compulsory Health Insurance Funds, which is 488.7 million lei more compared to the similar period of 2020 or by 16%.
