Romania maintains Moldova among states with low epidemiological risk

Chisinau, 3 September /MOLDPRES/- The National Committee for Emergency Situations in Romania updated yesterday the list of countries / territories with high epidemiological risk. According to the list, the Republic of Moldova remains in the green zone.
People who come from the yellow zone are not quarantined if they are vaccinated against COVID-19, or have a PCR test, no more than 72 hours. If a person comes from the red zone, is either vaccinated or goes through the disease, he is quarantined.
The quarantine measure applies for 14 days, but the provision that if a quarantined person takes a COVID-19 test on the eighth day of quarantine and the result is negative, he can leave the quarantine on the tenth day.
Children under the age of 6, without conditions, and those between the ages of 6 and 16 are exempt from quarantine if they have a negative COVID test.
Moreover, those who stay less than 3 days in Romania are exempted from quarantine.
