Moldovan parliament to convene in first meeting of autumn session

Chisinau, 8 September /MOLDPRES/- Parliament will convene on 9 September in first meeting of this year's autumn session. The parliament standing bureau approved today the Decision on convening of the Parliament in plenary sittings and the agenda for the first meeting, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.
Thus, the MPs will consider the amendment of several normative acts, including the Law on National Commission of the Financial Market, the Competition Law, the Tax Code, the Law on the civil service and the status of the civil servant, etc.
The lawmakers will also hear the annual activity report of the National Commission of the Financial Market for 2020 and will examine the draft decisions on the resignation of some deputies, as well as the appointment of a judge to the Supreme Court of Justice.
The plenary meeting will begin at 12 noon.
