Moldovan top court validated deputy mandate

Chisinau, 14 September /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court has validated the MP mandate of Viorel Barda.
Today, at the request of the Central Electoral Commission, the constitutional judges validated the mandate of deputy for the alternate candidate on the lists of the Action and Solidarity Party, Viorel Barda.
In this context, at today's meeting of the central electoral authority, five more mandates of deputy in the Legislature were validated instead of the deputies of the parliamentary faction of the Action and Solidarity Party who were appointed to hold positions in the Government. These are Ana Calinici, Evghenia Cojocari, Boris Popa, Ana Oglinda and Dorel Iurcu.
