New acting head of Chisinau Court of Appeal appointed

Chisinau, 14 September /MOLDPRES/- Anatolie Minciună was appointed today by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) as acting head of the Chisinau Court of Appeal.

The CSM members appointed Minciună after rejecting a request of the magistrate Ana Panov, who has so far provided the interim position.

Anatolie Minciună has been a judge since 1991. In 2008 he was promoted to the Chisinau Court of Appeal.
