Moldovan-Kazakh intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation to convene in meeting

Chisnau, 23 September /MOLDPRES/- Head of Moldovan diplomacy Nicu Popescu, on the second day of the high-level segment of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly had a meeting in New York with Deputy Prime Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the MAEIE press service has reported.

"We appreciated the importance of high-level political dialogue and mentioned that we want to attract Kazakh investments in Moldova. In this context, we expressed our readiness regarding the possibility of convening the next meeting of the Moldovan-Kazakh Intergovernmental Commission for trade and economic cooperation ", Nicu Popescu said.

The officials also exchanged views on the regional situation in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
