Moldovan foreign affairs minister has meeting with Croatian counterpart

Chisinau, 23 September /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu has discussed with Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia Gordan Grlić Radman in New York, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service has reported.

„We accepted the turning to good account of the platform of the Moldovan-Croatian intergovernmental commission for European integration through the organization, in the near future, of a round of public consultations on the European integration dimension, with emphasis on new priorities in the dialogue with the European Union – environment, digitalization and resilience,’’ Minister Nicu Popescu said.

At the same time, the two foreign affairs ministers exchanged opinions on the situation of regional security, both countries’ cooperation regionally and within international organizations.
