Moldova's Strategic Dialogue with United States to be strengthened

Chisinau, 24 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan diplomacy head, Nicu Popescu and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy R. Sherman have discussed ways of strengthening the Strategic Dialogue with the United States, on the sidelines of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly

According to the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service, the diplomats evoked the concrete steps due to be undertaken to speed up the political dialogue and the commercial and economic relations through infrastructure and energy inter-connection projects.

„We will accelerate, with the support of the USA, the justice reform and the consolidation of the institutions from Moldova,’’ Minister Nicu Popescu said.
