Moldovan university professor celebrates 85th birth anniversary

Chisinau, 2 October /MOLDPRES/- University professor Gheorghe Baciu, scientist and doctor, PhD in medical sciences, winner of the National Prize, celebrates today 85th anniversary.

He has published over 600 scientific-didactic works and another 60 with a socio-historical character. The value of scientific papers was highly appreciated in the international specialized forums in Leningrad (1969), Riga (1970, 1985), Moscow (1972, 1975, 1977, 1996), Perm (1972), Kaunas (1973), Orenburg (1973). ), Tallinn (1975), Kiev (1976, 1987), Minsk (1982, 2007), Karaganda (1990), Varna (2006), Khartoum (2006), Sudan (2006) etc. Member of the Editorial Boards of the journals "Science" of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (1994-1997), "Public Health, Economics, Management in Medicine" (2003), "Criminal Sciences" (2006).
