Health institutions in Moldovan capital to unveil report on electricity networks

Chisinau, 4 October /MOLDPRES/- A fire truck will be stationed at the Covid-19 Center at MoldExpo, ready to intervene in case of need.

Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban announced at today's online meeting of the municipal services that he requested the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations for a fire truck to park near the Covid-19 Center at MoldExpo.

At the same time, until October 10, all hospital institutions under the municipality of Chisinau will present to the local administration a report on the evaluation and monitoring of electricity networks that would allow interventions, where necessary, to prevent fires.

Also, the mayor sent condolences to the families of the patients who died as a result of the fire that took place at Constanța hospital.

On 1 October nine patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Constanța County Hospital died as a result of a fire caused by a short circuit in the electrical networks.
