Car transport to Moldovan capital's suburbs supplemented by ten more buses

Chisinau, 5 October /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau Urban Bus Park has supplemented by ten new buses, ISUZU brand, the transport routes to the suburbs of the municipality.

Attending the event, Mayor Ion Ceban said that by late December one hundred contracted buses will arrive in the above-mentioned Urban Park. "These ten cars come to join the other 32 that are already in Chisinau. By the end of the year, all the contracted means of transport will arrive in the Urban Bus Park ", said Ceban.

According to him, in order to attract qualified personnel to PUA and RTE Chisinau, the municipality will increase the salaries of bus and trolleybus drivers, as well as of tax collectors. “Even if the salary is ten thousand lei, the two municipal institutions lack drivers and tax collectors. We will increase the salary by 20 percent to attract staff ", he said.

By December, the Urban Bus Park and Chisinau Electric Transport will have a total of 240 new means of transport.
