Assets worth more than 26 million lei seized by CNA in bank fraud cases

Chisinau, 11 October /MOLDPRES/- Assets worth about 26,000,000 lei were made unavailable by the Criminal Assets Recovery Agency (ARBI) of the CNA last week.

According to the NAC, the seizures were applied based on the prosecutors' delegations in the bank fraud cases.

Among them are shares, 7 share capitals, 2 non-residential buildings, a bank account, 9 residential and non-residential rooms, as well as 3 construction lands. The total amount of goods was estimated at 25,984,041 lei.

So far, the seizures applied by the Agency in the bank fraud cases exceed 3 billion lei.
