People not being able to fill in epidemiological form online to write statement on own responsibility

Chisinau, 12 October /MOLDPRES/- Until November 15, people who do not have the opportunity to fill in epidemiological form online are required to fill out and sign on paper the declaration on their own responsibility to comply with the self-isolation regime with a duration of 14 days, and the Border Police will ensure the manual entry of data into the information system. The decision was taken by the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health.

The persons who intend to enter Moldova and are to respect the self-isolation regime must fill in and present the epidemiological form in online format, which is accessible from October 5. The document is filled out within 72 hours before entering the country, accessing the page https://fisa-covid.gov.md/. People who present false information risk being held liable under the law.

Passenger carriers are also obliged to verify the possession of supporting documents for the exemption from the obligation to comply with the self-isolation regime. Otherwise, they will ensure that the epidemiological form is filled out online for all travelers.

According to the CNESP decision, the public order authorities and the bodies with control functions will intensify the supervision of the observance of the measures for prevention and control of COVID-19 infection both in the case of private people and legal entities.
