MPs propose amendments to getting driving license

Chisinau, 12 October /MOLDPRES/- The territorial principle in passing the driving test could be excluded. Head of the commission on national security, defense and public order Lilian Carp made the statement today.

MPs propose several amendments to the legislation, among which to request more data from those who register for the exams, to take into account by the ASP the opening of several examination centers, etc. To prevent corruption from instructors, machines must be equipped with a video camera and a monitoring center for the examination process must be set up.

Lilian Carp said that at present, several citizens have encountered difficulties in scheduling for the driving license exams. "There are intermediaries who offer their services for programming. A citizen could make 100 appointments, occupying all the seats and selling them for 400 MDL each ", Carp said.
