Moldsilva agency condemns poaching case in Sângerei

Chisinau, 15 October /MOLDPRES/- The Moldsilva agency filed a complaint following the information regarding the poaching case in Sângerei and vehemently condemns such acts. In this context, the institution requests the input of all data subjects in this case and guarantees strict confidentiality for those who will provide such information.

The Moldsilva reaction came after images appeared yesterday in the public space with a young man, who is said to be the son of an ecology manager from Sangerei district, photographed next to several illegally hunted deer carcasses.

The national forestry authority reiterated its "position of condemning these abuses" and stated that "persons who have committed such acts shall be liable, according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, regardless of any circumstances."

At the same time, within the Moldsilva Agency, a working group was formed as a matter of urgency, which will carry out a service investigation to elucidate all the facts in this case.
