Chisinau, 26 October /MOLDPRES/ - Thirty trees have been illegally cut on the highway Goian-Criuleni. In the wake of this, the State Administration of Roads (ASD) asks the competent bodies to take note on the issue.
„An economic agent owning a construction in the immediate neighbourhood illegally cut about 30 trees on the left side of the road R4 Goian- Criuleni, 0+700 km. The entrepreneur infringed the Law on Roads, as well as the legislation in the ecology sector, through the unauthorized cutting of trees and devastating the roads assets,’’ the institution said.
Roadmen say that the ‘’entrepreneur cut the trees, in order to ensure the direct access to the construction’s parking area along the R4 national road, which is inadmissible.’’ ‘’Trough his illegal actions, the entrepreneur will make difficult the road traffic and will trigger accident situations. This will also create discomfort at the movement on the R4 road for the participants in the traffic,’’ ASD said.
The State Administration of Roads, which manages the national public roads, asks the competent bodies to take note on this case.
