Moldovan parliament to hold plenary meeting on 28 October

Chisinau, 27 October /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament will hold a plenary meeting on 28 October. The parliament’s standing bureau approved the plenary meeting’s agenda at a today’s meeting.   

Thus, the MPs will amend, in the final reading, the law on the regional development, law on the state registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs and will ratify the agreement on amendment No 2 to the agreement on loan between Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the carrying out of works of construction and restorations of roads in Moldova.    

At the same time, in the first reading, the lawmakers will consider more draft laws, including the one on the compulsory civil liability insurance of the carriers before the passengers, the draft for the ratification of the Moldovan-British agreement on strategic partnership, trade and cooperation, as well as the draft on the mechanism of examining the investments of importance for the state’s security.   

The MPs will also consider a draft decision on the resignation of a lawmaker.

The plenary meeting will start at 11:00.
