Moldovan writer, journalist celebrates birthday

Chisinau, 31 October /MOLDPRES/- Poet, publicist and screenwriter Luminița Dumbrăveanu, film producer, winner of several literary awards is celebrating her 50th birthday today.

Luminița Dumbrăveanu was awarded the Soros Foundation Prize - publishing the debut book “Clarviziunea Orbului” (1996), the Youth Prize for Literature of the Writers' Union and the Chisinau City Hall “for special merits in the field of literature” (2002), Special Prize of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova for the inscription on the Book Monument in Chisinau: "In the beginning was the Word ..." (2010), Prize of the Council of the Writers' Union of Moldova "Cultural Relations" for the book Eugen DOGA: Music is the first and last my love ”(2013) and others.
