Exhibition of International Contemporary Engraving Biennial from Iasi inaugurated in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 2 November /MOLDPRES/ - An exhibition of the International Contemporary Engraving Biennial N-E (BIGC), the fourth issue, Iasi, 2021, was inaugurated at the National Art Museum of Moldova today.
In the beginning of the event, the deputy director of the host institution, Lucia Postica, said that the Art Museum of the Moldova National Museum Complex from Iasi, in partnership with the George Enescu National Arts University from Iasi, National Art Museum from Chisinau, Culture House Mihai Ursachi of the Iasi Municipality and the Izvor (Spring) Foundation on 28 July -15 November carry out the project International Contemporary Engraving Biennial N-E, the fourth issue, Iasi, 2021, co-financed by the Administration of the National Romanian Cultural Fund (AFNC).
According to Postica, the goal of BIGC is to enhance the visibility of the Iasi art locally, nationally and regionally, enrich the social and cultural experiences, promote principles and turn to good account the university and post-university artistic education on education purposes.
