Moldovan cabinet approves new measures for digitalizing system of record of people registered with status of unemployed

Chisinau, 3 November /MOLDPRES/ - The government today approved the Concept of the Automated Information System, Registration with Status of Unemployed.

According to the government’s communication and protocol department, the concept’s implementation will allow the National Employment Agency (ANOFM) to enhance the accessibility and transparency in the process of registration of people with status of unemployed and of the people who enjoy unemployment benefit or who are looking for a job. At the same time, the Concept’s goal is to facilitate the reception and registration of the applications submitted online by applicants.

The information system will provide instruments of control of the flows of documents and of organizing decision-making policies, will generate reports and statistics related to the degree of fulfillment of the performance indexes. To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data, protect the information infrastructure, the platform of the automated information system will be based on the digital signature (MSign), including at the authorization of the users’ access and signing the documents.  

The document approved today establishes the goals, tasks and duties of the system, the organizational structure and the legal and normative basis, interaction with other information systems, technological infrastructure and the measures of ensuring the security and protection of information, as well as the measures as to the creation, implementation, exploitation and maintenance of the system.  

The Automated Information System, Registration with Status of Unemployed, will be managed by the National Employment Agency, being component part of the institution’s information system.
