Four persons detained in case of murder occurred in north-west Moldova town

Chisinau, 5 November /MOLDPRES/ - Four persons have been detained in a case of double murder from the Hiliuti village, north-western Falesti district. The leadership of the General Police Inspectorate (IGP) made statements to this effect today.

According to IGP, both the detained persons and the two murdered young people were with criminal records and one of the suspects is performance sportsman. The two young people would have been killed with a metal crowbar, after they would have cheated at card games, during which they won 3,000 euros.

Both victims were born in the Balti city and were in the records of the law-enforcers.

The four suspects were detained with support of employees of the Intelligence and Security Service (SIS) and Fulger and will be prosecuted for murder.

On 4 November, two young people aged 21 and 25 years were found dead in a forest belt from the Hiliuti village, Falesti district.
