Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched remote learning platform

Chisinau, 16 November /MOLDPRES/- Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Moldova launched today remote learning platform - https://academy.chamber.md. The project was made possible with the help of Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
"In the current conditions of digitization and dizzying development of information technologies, there is a natural tendency to transfer professional activity, including training and vocational training, in virtual format. Thus, with the support of development partners, we aimed to identify and offer innovative solutions for managing the learning process and accumulation of new knowledge, by creating an educational platform for e-Learning (remote learning) for business representatives, as well as for other people interested in the new educational contents and personal development in the most diverse fields of activity ”, CCI head Sergiu Harea said.
According to the official, the use of an electronic educational platform is a viable alternative that corresponds to the current requirements of the labor market and the need for professional and personal development of adults.
„The creation of an electronic distance learning platform, accademy.chamber.md, aims to offer interested parties a set of tools that would facilitate online access to various courses, seminars, individual or corporate trainings, coaching programs, workshops work, and would ensure a process of continuous training in various fields of activity ", said Harea.
The platform will offer direct access to online training programs, with the possibility of personalized selection of topics of interest; providing digital learning tools; communication of learning objectives and individual organization of learning terms; the possibility of communication with training experts; the possibility of evaluating and testing knowledge, transmitting feedback; monitoring and communicating learning effectiveness.
The e-learning platform is an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, carried out with the support of the project Development of export capacities on the banks of the Dniester (AdTrade). It is funded by Sweden and the United Kingdom and implemented by UNDP.
