Taraclia high school thermally rehabilitated

Chisinau, 17 November /MOLDPRES/- Hristo Botev theoretical high school in Valea Perjei village, Taraclia district, has been thermally rehabilitated with the help of the Energy Efficiency Agency (AEE).

According to Ecaterina Petrova, director of the Hristo Botev High School, following the implementation of the project, the expenses for communal services were reduced by approximately 60%. "It became warm, comfortable in school. Even energy costs have been reduced, "said the director.

These are the results of the replacement of windows and exterior doors on an area of 549.75 m2, measures that were funded by the Energy Efficiency Agency.

The total value of the project was 2,689,510.57 lei. Following the implementation of the project, energy savings of over 93,041 kWh / year were obtained, financial savings in the amount of 68,999 lei / year and the reduction of CO2 emissions by 21.20 tons / year took place.
