Nineteen vehicles with foreign registration numbers raised by customs officers after controls in Moldova

Chisinau, 18 November /MOLDPRES/ - Nineteen vehicles with foreign registration numbers have been raised by customs officers following controls at parks for vehicles’ disassembling from southern Moldova.  

According to the Customs Service (SV), mobile teams’ employees identified the cars which were declared through actions when brought to Moldova and, under the law, they were to be got out of the country following the expiration of the term of 180 days.

Those 19 vehicles are in a disassembled state and were registered in various countries, among which Bulgaria, Romania, the United Kingdom. Following the actions undertaken, officers of the mobile teams identified the people who introduced the transport means in Moldova and did not observe the customs regime of temporary admission. These persons are to be called to account according to the law.
