Romania keeps Moldova in list of states with high epidemiological risk

Chisinau, 19 November /MOLDPRES/- The National Committee for Emergencies in Romania has updated the list of countries with high epidemiological risk. The Republic of Moldova remains in the red zone of the states where the incidence of coronavirus is high.
The Romanian authorities approved yesterday, through a new decision, the list of countries / territories of high epidemiological risk. Cyprus, Jordan, San Marino, Greenland, Trinidad and Tobago entered the red zone. Due to the large number of COVID-19 diseases, the Republic of Moldova remains in the red zone.
According to the decision of the National Commission for Emergency Situations in the yellow zone entered: from the red zone, following the decrease of incidence: Azerbaijan and Brunei Darussalam; from the green zone, following the increase in incidence: France, Portugal, Monaco, Chile, Lebanon and Guyana;
Thailand, Iran, Aruba and Saint Kitts and Nevis entered the green zone.
Statistics show that in the first half of November 2021, there is a significant decrease in the number of COVID-19 contaminations in the Republic of Moldova. Compared to the second half of October, the number of contaminations decreased by about a third.
